Having worked for elite law firms such as Kirkland & Ellis LLP and Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP, Eric has worked on high-stakes transactions for clients such as Amazon, Jerry Jones, Banc of America Securities LLC, Palantir and Greenlane Holdings.
Eric is well-known for his writing and scholarship on the topic of the “Silver Tsunami” (also known as “The Great Wealth Transfer”), the largest wealth transfer in history whereby the Baby Boomer generation will transfer $70 trillion or more in assets to Generation Xers and Millennials, including trillions of American small businesses.
Eric has been selected four times as a “Rising Star” (2020, 2022 – 2024) by Super Lawyers for M&A, was named a 2024 “Ones to Watch” by The Best Lawyers in America and is a 2015 graduate of the Duke University School of Law.
Having worked for elite law firms such as Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP and Cooley LLP, Kevin has been involved in high-stakes transactions for clients such as AT&T, Halliburton, JPMorgan, Toyota Racing, and TPG.
From 2019 to 2022, Kevin was in-house senior corporate counsel for securities and M&A for Flowserve Corp, a NYSE-listed Fortune 1000 manufacturer, while also running K. Henderson Law PLLC, a part-time solo corporate practice focused on SMB and lower middle market clients.
Over his career, Kevin has advised on over $50 billion of M&A and capital markets transactions.
In addition to legal advisory, Kevin is the co-founder of The SMB Center, co-host of the Mundane Millionaires Podcast, a venture capital LP, and an investor in select small businesses through Nine20 Capital.
