Having worked for elite law firms such as Kirkland & Ellis LLP and Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP, Eric has worked on high-stakes transactions for clients such as Amazon, Jerry Jones, Banc of America Securities LLC, Palantir and Greenlane Holdings.
Eric is well-known for his writing and scholarship on the topic of the “Silver Tsunami” (also known as “The Great Wealth Transfer”), the largest wealth transfer in history whereby the Baby Boomer generation will transfer $70 trillion or more in assets to Generation Xers and Millennials, including trillions of American small businesses.
Eric has been selected four times as a “Rising Star” (2020, 2022 – 2024) by Super Lawyers for M&A, was named a 2024 “Ones to Watch” by The Best Lawyers in America and is a 2015 graduate of the Duke University School of Law.
Ben is the founder of Admin Success: CIM andSOP development services for brokers and business owners. A serial businessowner himself, he comes from an engineering and consulting background where his passion for processes evolved.
